DRAGOȘ ALEXANDROAIEI
Dragoș is an experienced, problem-solving lawyer, specialising in data protection, cybersecurity and telecom. Dragoș was a member of the internal legal team of a major telecom company in Romania and then an associate lawyer with an international law firm in Bucharest. He acted as data protection officer for a bank in Romania (2018 – 2020). Dragoș assists his clients frequently in data protection and data breaches matters as well as data subjects requests. He offers assistance in digitalization programs, as well as in GDPR and information security compliance programs. Dragos assisted clients in business risk assessments and in establishing appropriate risk governance frameworks, as well as in operational, risk-based audits.
Selected experience:
– Assisting clients in the assessment and notification of data breaches to the Romanian data protection authority and in handling data subjects’ requests;
– Assisting clients with the identification of security risk and in establishing appropriate governance frameworks for organisations’ security risk management;

ANDREI TALAMBĂ
Andrei has more than 12 years of experience as a lawyer and business advisor, representing clients in complex proceedings in courts or arbitration tribunals. He assists clients in complex international business matters, and his areas of expertise include data security and data protection. He has been involved over time in managing complex fraud and incident scenarios, forensic assessments, internal investigations, as well as in handling the related contentious aspects (civil, administrative and criminal). Andrei has significant expertise in insolvency and restructuring and enforcement procedures.
Selected experience:
Assisting a major Romanian corporation in connection with a bank fraud, involving the coordination of the internal investigation, including the forensic investigation, recommendation of protection and management liability mitigation measures and assistance in court for the recovery of prejudice;
Assisting several companies in Romania in connection with internal fraud events, including handling contentious and criminal law aspects;
Assisting several companies in Romania in internal investigations, including criminal law implications;
Advising several companies in Romania for data protection and security compliance programs.
