These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred as “TCs”) shall apply to the access to and use of the website www.cyberreact.ro (hereinafter referred as “Website”), as follows:

The Website is operated and held jointly by the individual legal practices managed by Costin Sandu, Dragoș Alexandroaiei and Andrei Talambă, registered with the Bucharest Bar, acting together under the name CyberReact (“CyberReact”, “we” or “us”). No other party is entitled to any right or claim in relation to our Website.  
  2. The Website is meant for presentation purposes in relation to the services offered by CyberReact and for information in relation to legal topics. 
  3. The content of this Website is subject to various intellectual property rights. Any use of the content of the Website will require that you observe these rights. We reserve the right to take any action to which we are entitled to protect our rights and those of third parties we work with.

The Blog Section of the Website includes legal articles, pieces, summaries of legislation or case law, or generally texts and presentations (the “Blog Content”), which reflect the views of their authors only. The Blog Content may be copied, reproduced, quoted, publicly displayed or distributed subject to referencing the source of the content and the authors. 
  5. In no circumstance may the content of the Website, generally, be interpreted as legal advice or assistance of any other nature.

  7. The TCs do not create or imply a client-lawyer relationship. We are happy to enter into legal services agreements compliant with our Bar requirements upon your request.
